INTRODUCTION

Lion M Prema Kumar is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Acharya Nagarjuna University, where his leadership qualities started to flourish. He is a builder by profession which he started in a humble way in 1998, and completed several prestigious projects that suit the taste of modern living people in Twin Cities. His endeavour is always to give the best, which he could achieve with his commitment, dedication and devotion for perfection. He believes in the work with honesty and sincerity which contributed in getting the most prestigious positions as Vice President, Telangana Builders Federation and recently, he has been appointed as Member of State Level Consultative Committee of FCI, by Govt. of India.

Lion Prema Kumar joined Lionism through Lions Club of Hyderabad Megacity as a Charter Member in 2007, became President in the next year and sponsored 35 New Members, sponsored 3 new clubs adding 120 new members to the District. He has to his credit many awards and rewards including International President's Appreciation Award, International 5-Diamond Pin etc. Elevated as ZC, RC, District Secretary for LCIF & Calendar of Events, and got Best Zone Chairman and Outstanding Region Chairman awards at District & Multiple levels. He was further elevated as Second Vice District Governor for 2012-13, First Vice District Governor for 2013-14 and District Governor for 2014-15. Multiple Council Chairperson for Multiple 316 in 2015-16, which comprises of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and part of Karnataka.

Lion Prema Kumar, a Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow, was instrumental in enrolling 25 new MJF/PMJFs by personally supporting the cause of service with LCIF. He has been a regular donor to Schools and Temple in his native place and in Chandanagar. He is fond of Cultural Arts and is a member of Kinnera Arts Academy, Life Member of Indian Red Cross Society and ISKCON.

He has travelled widely throughout the world and attended International Conventions held at Busan, South Korea; Hamburg, Germany; Toronto, Canada; Honolulu, Hawaii and in the process he visited United States, Italy, England and various European Countries. He attended all lSAAME Forum meetings since 2009.

Lion Prema Kumar is happily married to Lion M Vijaya Lakshmi and blessed with two beautiful daughters- Tejasree and Hemasree.
